Nest Strategies offers aspiring marketing and consulting professionals a unique opportunity to join as Junior Consultants, working in teams of 5-6 on client projects from inception to completion. Our comprehensive program includes practical training, client presentations, and consulting-focused career events, fostering a community that values growth, innovation, and hands-on experiences. Furthermore, all Nest members are required to be members of the AMA, allowing access to unique benefits that the AMA offers. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Nest Strategies welcomes candidates through a competitive process that includes an application and a behavioral interview, incorporating a case study guided by our Executive Board. Nest Strategies requires no prior experience or specific major. This approach seeks individuals with ambition, commitment, and a keen interest in learning.

We prioritize problem-solving skills, professionalism, and presentation abilities, which are essential for analyzing and effectively communicating solutions. These competencies are evaluated during the case interview, and we emphasize that prior consulting experience is not a necessity. With a role in Nest Strategies, all members still receive AMA membership benefits and programming.

Our focus is on finding individuals who are adept at tackling complex problems, proposing solutions, and communicating effectively, all while demonstrating a commitment to learning, growth, and collaboration within our team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

APPLICATION TIMELINE FALL 2024

1) Applications Open (Sept. 10 - Sept. 13)

You will be asked to submit your resume and cover letter through our online application. We encourage you to highlight your experiences, skills, and motivations for wanting to join Nest Strategies.

2) Interviews (Sept. 17 - Sept. 19)

Selected candidates will be invited for interviews. This stage includes conversations with current team members and leadership to assess your problem-solving abilities, cultural fit, and passion for the consulting industry. This hands-on evaluation lets us see your analytical thinking, creativity, and execution skills.

3) Offer and Onboarding (Sept. 21)

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Nest Strategies. Our comprehensive onboarding process ensures you're well-prepared to hit the ground running, with mentorship and full consulting training sessions to integrate you fully into our dynamic team.

2) Recruitment Events (Aug. 30 - Sept. 13)

Attend one of our info meetings, see our booth at the Student Involvement Fair, speak with our exec board members at our coffee chats, and join us for popsicles on the beach. Check out our Instagram for more information.
